TKP Consulting: Creative

The Kilos Project Consulting is for artists who want to stay grounded, energized, and creatively focused through every phase of the creative cycle. Whether you’re writing, recording, performing, or on tour, we work with you or your team to co-create systems that protect your energy, clarify your workflow, and extend the life of your career. From the green room to the stage, the goal is longevity, not just output.

This is not a fitness program or a productivity hack. It’s a framework built to support your creative rhythm, your values, and the realities of your life. We examine the system around you, including your schedule, roles, environment, and recovery, and design ways for these elements to work in alignment, rather than pulling you into survival mode.

The Kilos Project began in the fitness world, rooted in performance and wellness, but has grown into something broader: a way of understanding how ambition, creativity, and human behavior intersect. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a lifelong connection to art and performance, TKP was built to support people working in high-output environments where creativity, health, and identity are always in play.

We know what it feels like to keep pushing when your body is tired, when the work becomes the brand, and when your schedule leaves no space to land. The right systems can protect your energy and craft, while the wrong ones quietly chip away at both. TKP Consulting helps artists build systems that keep them connected to what matters so they can create from clarity instead of depletion.
